Our next step was to email the Church to ask for permission. Here is the first draft of the email:
As a group, we decided that this email was too informal and that the information given was not sufficient and detailed and that it contained irrelevant information which could be confusing for the Reverend. We now need to re-draft an email to send to the Reverend which is detailed and clear and is written in a much more professional and formal manner.
